Infrastructure leadership built for regulated environments

I lead enterprise IT and cloud operations for GxP-regulated eClinical SaaS platforms, owning a multi-million-dollar technology portfolio and the 24x7 global operations behind it. Most of my career has centered on one problem: keeping complex, highly regulated systems reliable while they migrate, scale, and modernize underneath the people using them.

That includes leading the migration of 500+ critical servers to Azure and AWS, governing cloud spend and forecasting through FinOps, and building disaster recovery and access-control programs for GxP and HIPAA requirements. I also apply Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to cloud-event analysis, repeatable task automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational workflow improvement.
